Each watch before disassembly is checked, how the crown works, winding, time setting - we are looking for potential damage and problems

The mechanism is disassembled, all parts are checked for damage and wear. if damaged parts are found, the customer is informed about the cost of new parts and we ask for approval. We never replace any parts without the owner's consent

All parts of the watch are washed in a professional Elma watchmaker's cleaner, identical machines are used in the largest and best workshops. a multi-stage washing process takes place in specialized cleaning fluids, mechanisms and very dirty parts have an additional initial stage - manual cleaning, then by machine

We use the best professional Bergeon Horotec tools to work with your watch. Oils that are always fresh the best oils and grease Moebius, these are the best oils used by the largest and greatest manufactures in the world. the types of oils used are always in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations

After completing all service work, the watch undergoes a series of tests, time keeping, balance amplitude height, power reserve, and many others including recalibration as required. Only when we are sure that all work is done well and the watch will work well is returned to the owner

For each service we provide a guarantee from 6 to 24 months, it depends on the condition of the watch and the age and scope of work performed. the warranty DOES NOT cover mechanical damage (impacts, falls to the ground, other mechanical damage) and water flooding
